Collection and processing of data

Kvanttori Oy collects analytics about visitors to the website and targets advertising on social media channels based on visitor data. Kvanttori Oy also collects personal data from newsletter subscribers and recipients of direct marketing.

Marketing communications

Kvanttori Oy collects data for marketing purposes from public sources such as company websites, various business registers, via the forms on our site, or through conversations and emails.

Newsletter subscribers

For newsletter subscribers Kvanttori Oy stores at least an email address. Additionally Kvanttori Oy may store a phone number, job title, or other information provided by the subscriber.

Processing of newsletter subscriber data is based on consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Kvanttori Oy staff or by unsubscribing via the link in the marketing message. Unsubscribing stops marketing communications. When unsubscribing, the email address is retained to ensure the unsubscribe request is applied correctly.

Subscriber data is stored in the Sendgrid service used for sending and managing newsletters. Sendgrid collects analytics such as the opening of the newsletter and the time of opening.

Sendgrid is owned by Twilio Inc., a US company; therefore certain personal data are transferred to the United States. Twilio Inc. participates in the EU-U.S. data transfer frameworks and transfers are made using the Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCC).

Contact form senders

Data submitted through contact forms is stored in the CRM system to track and respond to contacts.

HubSpot

We use the US-based HubSpot CRM. The system stores information provided via contact forms and the price calculator, including first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, subject and message content.

Website visitors

Kvanttori Oy collects visitor statistics and analytics. We use cookies and IP addresses for analyzing users and user statistics. We also use LinkedIn advertising and targeting cookies. We always ask consent for all cookies used on our site and stored on the user device. We do not target visitors with advertising on our site. Users can remove cookies stored by their browser via browser settings.

Plausible

We use Plausible by Plausible Insights OÜ for visitor analytics. Plausible does not collect personal data or use cookies. Collected statistics are anonymized. Plausible statistics are based on the visitor's IP address, browser and device information. Using Plausible we collect the following data about visitors:

  • Device

The collected data helps us understand which content and services visitors are interested in and measure the effect of our marketing campaigns. Plausible's services are hosted inside the EU and the collected data remain in the EU.

LinkedIn Insight Tags

We use LinkedIn Insight Tags and related cookies to measure marketing effectiveness. LinkedIn collects the URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics (User-Agent) and timestamp of visitors on our site.

LinkedIn is the controller of these data and does not share the raw data with us. LinkedIn provides aggregated reports about campaign audiences and ad performance.

Collected data are accessible only to authorized personnel at Kvanttori Oy whose job duties require handling the data. We do not disclose collected data to third parties unless required by law.
